1. GENERAL TERMS AND CONDITIONS OF AGREEMENT AND USE:
  1) Before buying and using any of the products of RadygaDesign (the Seller),
    You (the Buyer) are required to read and understand all the terms of this license.
    If you have any questions, please write to the address radygadesign@gmail.com
  2) The license is a legal agreement between the Buyer and the Seller.
  3) The term and territoriality of the use of the goods of the Seller under this license is unlimited.
  4) Copyright belongs to the Seller (RadygaDesign). The buyer is entitled only to use.
2. RIGHTS OF USE:
  1) PERMISSIBLE:
   - use the goods of the Seller (RadygaDesign) in any projects,
       which do not violate the international laws and laws of the European Union-EC.
  2) It is FORBIDDEN:
    - transfer the license and goods of the Seller (RadygaDesign) to third parties
    - distribute and sell the Seller's products (RadygaDesign) in its original form
    - to publish the goods of the Seller (RadygaDesign) on the Internet with links to download 
    - Use my work for any commercial/financial gain.
    - Claim my work as your own or rename files.
     -Use my work to create any obscene/immoral or defamotry act that is illegal and prohibited by law.

3. OBLIGATIONS OF THE PARTIES:
  1) SELLER guarantees the quality of goods, timely delivery of goods after payment.
